Yesterday we found out that as a non-profit we can’t use the 10% VAT rate. And we can’t reclaim the 21% either. That’s €20.000 extra. And honestly — we don’t yet know how to solve it. After waiting almost a year to get all the documents in order, we finally started the renovation.
