December and January are perfect to plant garlic in the garden. This year we decided to plant it in our new natural farming vegetable garden beds. Covered with straw and fallen leaves from the grape vines in the hamlet. Instead of letting the leaves rot on the street, we gave them a new place to enrich the soil. Very welcome, as we have little greens and browns to help our soil to awaken.
