Yesterday we found out that as a non-profit we can’t use the 10% VAT rate. And we can’t reclaim the 21% either. That’s €20.000 extra. And honestly — we don’t yet know how to solve it. After waiting almost a year to get all the documents in order, we finally started the renovation. We broke down lots and lots of walls and even a ceiling, discovering the natural materials used to build this amazing structure. Such an inspiration! We finally managed to finish last summer’s update video! It was a season full of harvesting and processing fresh food straight from the garden — drying fruits and veggies, making juices to enjoy all year round, cooking up lots of marmalades, and even trying a little fermentation experiment.
